Notice of Intended Marriage - either or both of you should sign and submit the Notice of Intended Marriage ("the Notice") to the Marriage Registry through a civil celebrant. |

Identification document - copies of your Hong Kong identity cards or passports. |

If either of you is above 16 but below 21, Consent and Declaration from your parent or guardian must be produced. |

As an alternative, you may apply to a District Court judge for consent to marriage. |

Divorced person shall produce Decree Nisi Absolute/Divorce Certificate issued by court of the relevant jurisdiction. |

Widowed person shall produce Marriage Certificate of the previous marriage and Death Certificate of deceased spouse. |

For documents other than in Chinese and English, official translation thereof shall be produced. |
