As my original plan was register at home due to my father was illness, but unfortunately, my dad was passed away before my register date, so I have to postponed to another date or cancel it. I appreciate they take the initiative to contact us, arrange a meeting and their attitude is really good! Really appreciate the reminder email as we were very busy for preparation and it was good that you reminded us to contact the 監 禮 人. Very good follow up! Both email and SMS confirmation and reminder messages saved us a lot of time on following up with the progress of the registration and the ceremony details. This is particularly valuable especially during the chaotic stage before the big day. The Oath is the only vendor amongst the numerous that I didn't have to personally follow up on the progress and status. (26 Dec 2006)
